Meet the namesake herself, Othmana.

Othmana, is a remarkable woman who embodies the spirit of perseverance. At 85 years old, she continues to tend to the olive groves that have been in our family for generations. Othmana inherited our roughly 350-year-old olive trees from her parents. These groves have been passed down to our family for four generations. Our grandmother has worked the land for over sixty years, continuing my familial legacy. These trees reflect the heritage and history of ancient Palestinian lands, farming practices, and culture. Our olives are our history and identity. Her dedication to this life passion is a testament to her love for her homeland, Palestine. Throughout her life, she has faced many challenges, from political upheaval to economic hardships, but she has always found strength in her connection to the land and her beloved olive trees. Her unwavering commitment to this work is a source of inspiration to everyone who knows her, and she is truly the heart and soul of your family's olive oil company. Her legacy will live on through the delicious and high-quality oil that bears her name.
